Latinas Unidas de Harvard Presents The 2nd Annual Harvard College Latina Empowerment Conference

Latinas Unidas invites you to take part in this interactive conference that is designed to connect career-minded individuals with successful Latina role models who radiate positive ideals and represent the larger Latino community.  The conference is an all-day event that aims to encourage the professional endeavors of Latina undergraduates, graduate students, and professionals. Our speakers will address the social, political, and economic issues that Latinas face today and motivate them toward the achievement of excellence in their future careers.  Join us as we change the course of history by propelling more Latinas toward leadership and success!

-Panels on Business and Media, Education and Public Service,   Health and Technology, and Politics and Law
-Professional and personal development workshops
-Career fair that will provide networking opportunities for attendees with corporate companies
-Two keynote speakers: Lucia Ballas-Traynor (Publisher of People en Español)
and Maria Elena Salinas (Anchor for Univision)

Registration fee: $10 for students, $15 for non-students
